They’re always on top of packages, responsive to requests, and genuinely kind in every interaction (and are so sweet with our very high-energy Golden Retriever). They truly make the building feel like home. We really appreciate everything they do."

"Javier at the concierge desk at Avalon on 11th was fantastic. We stopped by for a self-guided tour while considering leasing an apartment, and he was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. He was extremely knowledgeable about the building and answered every question we had with confidence and detail. He made the whole experience smooth, informative, and welcoming. Honestly, he felt more like a leasing agent than a concierge. Really appreciated his professionalism and support."

"I've been living in the building for 5+ years now, the Concierge and Maintenance have been consistently fantastic and I love living at Avalon West Chelsea. Our doormen, Joseph and Darrell (and the whole team!) are the best -- I see them every day when I leave in the AM and when I come home in the PM, it's so nice seeing friendly faces every day. And Pablo and Cameron from Maintenance are always on the case quickly, they rock. Glad to live in a building with friendly, fast and reliable service."

"Arta (Cleaning and Domestic Supervisor) is terrific. In the 7 years I reside here the building is kept impeccably clean. She's a great supervisor who stays on top of a few of her male lazy staff who attempt to goof off, not with Arta, they should know not to even go there. She's a 10 on the rate scale. Cameron - Plumbing, leaks and all issues in the building. He can't be beat with his knowledge and expertise in his field. He's the best repair person I've ever encountered and I'm 67 years old. He is fast, on target and efficient on recognizing an issue just by looking at it. He is truly amazing. He's a 10 on the rate scale. Office Staff - Jennifer (Office Supervisor) is not on top of her game. Doesn't tie up loose ends and accuses tenants when an issue arises and has no knowledge how to remedy it. An Awful communicator with no experience in the office. Warning, if you rent an apartment in this building, be prepared to deal with her curt daily demeanor. Several workers and tenants have complained about her and we're attempting to get her out. She lacks motivation and doesn't resolve matters within the building. Since the in-house office is always in disarray with constant turnover, I have to give this building a 2 Star review. I'm still enjoying my unit despite the on-going issues with the building's onsite office."

"Honestly this is the best building to live in. I’ve been here since 2020 and it’s a dream to have found this place considering all the horror stories you hear about the city landlords. The concierge team is awesome, Joe, Gustavo, Darrell, Leta, Javier, Chris, Josh, and David. I hope I didn’t miss anyone! The maintenance team is even nicer! Pablo, Angel, and the rest of the team are so helpful and sweet to deal with. The building is always spotless and I’ve never had an issues with my package pickup. And my dog (and all the dogs) love the treats in the lobby! I highly recommend this place to anyone."
